Moscow qualifier.

Hello everyone. I've been a bit out of the discussion for several reasons - work, the HeroesWorld forum was down for a couple of days, etc.
News:
a) There are no exact agreements with clubs yet. I was counting on help from Muscovites in this matter, but so far everything is just talk and very slow.
b) Since there's no agreement with clubs, I'll have to shift the schedule, hopefully not by much. The exact dates will likely become known within the next week.
c) I definitely see no point in stretching the tournament over 2 months. I'm hoping for 10-20 days.
d) Unfortunately, it's very inconvenient to play with out-of-town players in any case. So we're counting on those who are permanently in Moscow and the near Moscow suburbs. Samurai withdrew due to personal circumstances.
e) I will contact everyone who signed up for the tournament by phone as soon as there is concrete certainty. So don't worry about missing anything important on the forum.
f) There is progress with the broadcasts; the probability that I'll manage to finish them before the tournament is over 70%
