"Weak demons"??

Devils are really expensive! Why should you pay so much for them? They don't have any negative impact on morale (like in the third game), and they don't have ubiquitous teleportation (also in the third and fourth games). What's the point of them?
In my opinion, they should at least have teleportation to any cell... In long games, Demons will perform better.
