Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

Basically, Alex is really annoying with his complaints. I know for sure that everyone who wanted to play, played. And if, for example, an opponent avoided a match with me, I could easily explain it and prove it to the tournament organizer. I honestly don't understand what else he wants besides arguments and scandals. Over the past month, this guy has done nothing but provoke, constantly complain, and argue on the forum. IMHO, this needs to stop.
