I don't understand why I should be playing in the middle of the night, and without postponing the game?

According to the rules, priority time includes any time on weekends and holidays.
If they tell you to play at night, you'll play, or you'll sign a defeat.
However, I'm not going to use this, but I also don't want others to force me into it. How the organizer and the administration committee will resolve such a controversial issue, I don't know yet, although something similar happened recently, and I saw the decision, but it doesn't suit me at all; it's simply incorrect.

If it's human time for playing, then play and don't argue.

Everyone has their own idea of what "human time" is, and everyone is right for themselves. However, what constitutes priority time should not be decided in such a banal way as "don't you have weekends?".
By the way, since this issue will probably be resolved, I would like to ask you to consider the problem of postponing a match... I suggest somehow noting this in the rules regarding deadlines... maybe introduce some kind of penalties, such as the guilty party misses 1 turn, etc.
