How can I protect the rights to my maps? Or where should I register them...? I don't understand.

It's not necessary to protect them. Just indicate the author in the map itself or in the message. If you want to protect the map from editing, you need a special program.

Tell me, where should I send the maps for official recognition? I also have a mod, but...

The question is not entirely clear. If you're talking about posting maps, there's a special section for attachments in the message options.
