Heroes 6 - Discussion

Well, the sixth installment will definitely be a continuation of the fifth, at least in terms of the storyline. This was stated by Ubisoft, and it's confirmed by the fact that the third game in the Ashan universe, Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes, will be released on the Nintendo DS. Actually, it's wrong to think that the series is focused solely on Multiplayer. There are many fans of the single-player mode, and I am one of them. The storyline in the fifth Heroes game is good, but there is a real problem with its presentation, and in Russia, also with the localization. At least, that's what I think after reading the monumental work of comrade Demilich. He described the storyline of the fifth Heroes and Dark Messiah in an artistic way. In general, he described the storyline of all the Heroes games. And he allowed himself a little freedom, as if incorporating Ashan into the Void. But it's done organically, and for Void-haters like me, it will seem unnoticeable and will please the self-esteem of Ashan-haters :). Unfortunately, I don't have the game at hand, but maybe this will do. On the forum of the Heroes 6 fan site, there is a topic called "Ashan," where you can find some materials about Ashan. In particular, the history taken from Demilich's website, as well as information about Ashan that could be found in "Strana Igr" magazine. I started playing it in 2005. In 2006, the fifth installment was released, and I switched to it. I started playing it with a pre-alpha version that leaked online, and I replay it every month. Then I got acquainted with the fourth game. I still play it (my favorite Castle is Might). A year ago, I got acquainted with the second game. And I play it too. Despite the fact that I have played and am playing all the parts, except for the first (and also King's Bounty from Katauri), I consider the fifth to be the best. Let's wait for the sixth installment; maybe I'll change my mind.
