And so, let's begin:
1. It is very important to position the units correctly in the slots...
a) Slots 1, 3, 6 - this is the left side of the battlefield...
b) Slot number 4 - this is the center....
c) Slots 2, 5, 7 - this is the right side....
2. Why is it important to have both Flies and Gnolls???
a) Because the Flies will be used as bait for the Gnomes (so that they hang around the Flies, while the Lizards calmly shoot them down)...
b) The Gnolls are intended to lure out the Gnomes and then set them up for an attack in the desired location for convenient further actions by both the Lizards and the Flies...
3. The Orcs were very useful. In the first strike, 30 Gnomes don't eliminate all of them at once, so you can use them to draw several groups into a corner!!!
4. Space for maneuver:
a) why are the Lizards standing specifically in the first slot on the left side???
4.1 because it is necessary to free up the upper-left corner for a normal position for archers and less chaos when the Gnomes approach!!!
And now, the battle itself (see screenshots below and refer to them)...
First round:
The Flies move down so that the lower groups on the left and right go towards them (but there is a chance that they won't go exactly there). Therefore, I also placed single units of Gnolls near the Flies (Gnomes tend to go where there is a crowd)...
One single unit of Gnolls is placed near the central right group, as the upper right one will go first, and we need to pull these three right groups together so that it is convenient to distract them with a Fly...
Lizards and Orcs attack the upper left group to clear space for comfortable shooting...
But here's the catch: the lower left group still goes up towards the Lizards...
Second round:
Wait with the Flies, the second single unit flies upwards, the Lizards shoot at the upper group that has already approached (the main task at the beginning is to eliminate one of these left groups)...
Gnolls block the Gnomes from going to the Lizards, Orcs shoot at the upper Gnome group...
The upper right group again doesn't go downwards as desired, but goes to the Lizards!!!
Third round:
The waiting Flies fly to the lower pack of Gnomes and wait. The second Fly flies down so that 30 Gnomes can reach it, but in such a way that it moves away from the Lizards. The Lizards move to the upper-left corner for safe firing of Gnomes. The Orcs go down, but so that the lower left group can reach them....
Fourth round:
A Fly flies to the upper right corner and waits, the Lizards shoot at the lower left group. The Orcs go to the right, the Gnomes attack the Orcs, the lower left group still goes to the Orcs and finishes them off with morale, while the Gnomes run towards the Fly...
Fifth round:
Wait with the Flies again, and wait with the Lizards. All the Gnomes go after the Fly, the Lizards don't shoot, they stand still...
Sixth round:
The Flies fly towards the Lizards so that the Lizards shoot directly and take out about 8 Gnomes. We hit the damaged Gnome group, the Flies fly down again...
After one or two rounds, due to morale, the Fly is killed, and the Lizards have to run around all corners of the map through waiting...
Before this description, I sat down and thought for a bit, and managed to minimize losses to only 3 Lizards, which is funny!!!
And this kind of tactic can be applied to all strong structures, Nagashniks, and Cons!!!
Thanks for your attention, best regards SEM_56!!!
