2009 World Championship for Heroes IV Online.

I reviewed the draft regulations. I have some comments regarding the content. In my opinion, the following things are missing: - the number of prize places to be awarded, so it is unclear whether there will be a match for 3rd place; - the prize for winning and for other prize places, if any; - the results (not only of the top 8 players) of the previous championship, which may be taken into account during the draw; - the method of conducting the draw. Some things need to be corrected: Pacobac will not be a judge. It remains unclear who is on the organizing committee to approve the maps. Are they the organizers, the judges, or both? It is difficult to imagine what the TOURNAMENT RULES should contain. Suggestions for the sections: ORGANIZING COMMITTEE AND DISTRIBUTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES. Judges. Replace Pacobac with DJN. SOFTWARE, SETTINGS, AND MAPS. The last sentence, "The voting period is 7 calendar days," can be removed. TOURNAMENT FORMAT. In my opinion, a group tournament with a playoff is more solid. TIMING AND DATES. I suggest replacing the last paragraph with: "Each round, conducted according to the game schedule, is given 14 calendar days. The host is responsible for starting and completing the game. He informs the judges in advance if his opponent is absent. If a postponement for a round is necessary, the host must submit a request to the judges or organizers no later than 24 hours before the end of the round."
