What is your opinion on the possibility of introducing a third tier of maps and a new faction into the game?

That would be nice, but:
1 - Andrey wants to make the Gar'ei faction specifically underwater-based (I already suggested making them above water in a castle in the form of a giant snake).
2 - We haven't been actively developing the underwater level for quite some time. We need to get together and continue working on it.
