Well, I set it that way in the editor, what's not clear? (Wicc actually specified these conditions, and I repeated them). Or does it often happen that Valerka doesn't have marksmanship experience on the 2nd week? ;)
Here's the save, anyone who wants can try to take the consul on day 3 while preserving 2 angels and all the marksmen. I was able to do it several times (I always skipped my morale, and if griffins appeared in the first rounds, I interrupted the battle).
