Neutrals are like the elves (all of them), until the world is completely ruined, and then the Haven faction has to do all the work to clean it up:mad:. But then, when something happens, they are always there and play the main role in saving the world! But that's just my opinion:o. In general, it wouldn't hurt to create a tech hero for Haven, with bonuses to armor and/or damage during sieges. After all, they are a technological race. And it would also be good to give the demons some kind of "Destroyer" unit with bonus damage against armored units (or something else);).
