There's a box in the lower right corner, labeled "Moderators," which shows who is moderating this section.
It's also written on the fence :D. The point is that moderators should moderate the section, and higher-level admins should only intervene in extreme cases, such as when moderators are absent and personal arguments with profanity arise in the thread. This isn't my opinion; it's a moderation practice that has proven very successful and stable when applied, tested over time on forums with a very large number of participants (by the way, someone here asked me why I'm here if there are more popular forums – well, it's obvious that people don't play Heroes of Might and Magic there; there are different interests here, and different interests there).
