At the traditional press conference with investors and analysts, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot stated that, in his opinion, the current economic situation will accelerate consolidation in the industry. He said that Ubisoft itself plans to buy only those companies that it can acquire from its own cash reserves. Guillemot called the possibility of acquiring companies specifically in Asia promising, but stated that developers of MMO games and/or free-to-play projects are still too expensive...

If Ubisoft encounters any difficulties, the publisher, of its caliber, has the resources, opportunities, and a plan of action to overcome these difficulties. In the first half of the year, the company's game sales generated €334.5 million.
And if there are currently problems with funding such a large and significant "triple-A" project as Heroes of Might and Magic 6, then all of them are solvable or will be resolved in the near future
