I played casually and didn't manage to make all the moves. The decisive moment was when I attacked the dragon lair with Crag but didn't transfer the entire army to him. I lost. And then, on turn 127, Ivor arrived with a horde of archers (!!!) and ate 3 boxes from my spawn point:mad: :mad:
