Today, something happened. They brought new equipment to our school (from flat-screen TVs to a mousepad), and there were several computers among them. I don't know about all of them, but the one I saw (and also installed) had Vista. Well, nothing unusual happened until I started connecting the printer at the end. And that's when the trouble began. The printer is old, yes, it's about 10 years old, but it's still working. But Vista didn't think so and simply didn't recognize it. Old drivers didn't help either. I don't know if there are new drivers for such old models online, but I think it will be difficult without them. Just something to think about.
Yeah, now they even put stickers on hardware that say "supports Vista" - that's just unbelievable, hardware bending over backwards for a program! As one blogger said -
