Well, you're wrong. I don't see a tutorial for heroes on the World of Heroes forum, and given that World of Heroes is primarily aimed at beginners, it should definitely be there.
Regarding taking crypts with a Castle: I prefer the following arrangement:
1 pikeman - 1 pikeman (or a faster unit like a harpy or gargoyle with a speed >5 - this makes sense if it's not on grass) - 1 pikeman - archers - main stack of pikemen - 1 pikeman - 1 pikeman.
The archers can easily take down vampires and skeletons in 2 rounds, while the pikemen or fast units chase away skeletons and zombies (we're talking about max and pre-max crypts here).
On Necropolis terrain, it's preferable to put the archers in one stack to take out most of the vampires in the first rounds and avoid attacks from skeletons and zombies.
Taking the max crypt is not difficult with a Rampart - the algorithm is the same as with a Castle.
The only difference on Necropolis terrain is that the main stack of centaurs is in the 3rd stack, and in the 2nd stack, there's 1 dwarf, for example (the main thing is that the speed is <6). Then the centaurs move before the skeletons and can easily finish off the vampires that the elves didn't finish. However, in my opinion, my method of taking the max crypt on Necropolis terrain is weak and needs to be improved.

Further actions are simple... I want to note that if the main stack of gremlins has weak attacks, in some cases, a vampire may remain. Therefore (in my opinion), Sir VerySlow's correct example was analyzed by taking the crypt 10 times, counting the losses: 1 gargoyle always, and the gremlins in different variations - 10; 8; 9; 6; 8; 7; 6; 6; 8; 5.
If anyone wants to, they can continue the analysis, changing the number of gremlins in the main stack.
As for morale, following the conditions of the task, everything is bravely ignored... The only thing is that there's a lot of it...
