1. Is it worth using the help of an assistant (Hadara, Nai)?
No.
2. I want to level up warriors using Astalor's magic, and sometimes use Feelings. Is it worth leveling up the main Astral magic?
Leveling up the Astral skill from 0 to 100 is enough. You won't need more than 90, even at the end of the game. Don't level up the skill (which has 3 levels).
3. What can you say about leveling up other types of weapons (axe, mace)?
Throughout the single-player campaign, you will only have time to fully level up (to level 3) three skills and start a fourth. Among them, the warrior should have Backstab and Spear, which deals the most damage in the game. Other types of weapons are NOT leveled up. The only exception might be if you don't level up the spear and instead prepare a crossbowman. But this is more of an exotic choice in single-player.
4. What about health, mana, and regeneration?
They are not leveled up in single-player; instead, you use batteries - wands with the Healing spell, which has a permanent effect rune. In this case, when the hero takes damage, they automatically and instantly heal the hero using their own mana reserve. You can collect them after Hypatia, on Ingos. For example, on the last stronghold (Suslanger), you will have 4 meteorite batteries with Healing 100 for 20 mana, which corresponds to the ability to quickly heal about 4000 HP, which is many times more than the hero's HP. The batteries' mana is restored over time. Therefore, the main task is to quickly kill enemies before the batteries run out of mana, and the hero's HP itself is not as important, nor is a slow regeneration rate.
5. To what level should I level up melee combat and Astral, elemental magic?
Melee combat is never a waste for a warrior; it will be 100 at the end of the game. On Hypatia, you should level up Backstab to level 3, and spend almost all the remaining experience on melee combat, except for leveling up Astral to the level necessary for a moderately long duration of Enhancement (serious battles are only with it), Weakness with a one-time effect rune (inserted into the spear, which does have its own difficulty, but when it hits, the target's HP will be reduced by a third); you also need a little bit of Feelings for Fireworks - to distract particularly strong mobs and fight them one on one. You don't need to level up elemental magic for a warrior.
