Games that have been started but not finished will be decided by the judges on the morning of December 8th, Moscow time. Unstarted games will be reviewed by the judging panel, and a decision will be made to disqualify one or both players. The judging panel will make decisions based on the players' activity in the topic (and, of course, based on their actual performance). That is, you can agree on anything, but if you agreed on a game on December 7th via ICQ without posting anything in the topic, and your opponent was ready to meet you at any time, then don't be upset.
