Author, you're doing a great job. But this idea has an uncertain future! You yourself understand that changing the number of levels of universal happiness won't create anything. If it creates anything, it will more likely generate dissatisfaction, as a departure from the canon. P.S. Still, it seems to me that the game's publishers won't entrust the decision on this matter to the public, but will resolve it themselves. Who knows what awaits the game in the future?
