No, no, no, the tariff is actually a fixed 512 kbps. In fact, for the past month (on a 128/256 kbps tariff), my speed hasn't increased for three hours at night. I thought that with 512 kbps, the speed would be consistently normal, but it's only normal late at night, as I already mentioned. During the day, it's 25-27 kbps, and sometimes it even drops to 10 kbps!!!! I didn't even have this problem with my previous tariff!!!! And why does torrent work at 100 kbps? What's the difference? And thank you for explaining the difference between bytes and bits; I didn't know that.
