Tactics and strategy in Heroes of Might and Magic V.

Whether or not to invest in Logistics depends on the map (in my opinion). If mines and passages to enemy territory are guarded by hundreds of neutral creatures of level 4 or higher, the first to arrive won't be the one who moves quickly, but the one who deals more damage. In the campaigns of the original game and both expansions, I only upgraded Logistics for Agrael. The others don't need to rush.
