Decided to play against the AI as the Dungeon faction. Basically, this game was the same as an online game (I had to reload once because I forgot to buy Shakti a spellbook). I set myself the goal of capturing Utopia on day 131 using only native troops and a single strike force of Trolls. I chose all the rest bonuses (there was one stack of Trolls). If I had immediately gone for the resource, Utopia could have been captured as early as the second week. There were 3 Troll nests, and my second native Castle. In the first week, both Castles had Eye in the Citadel, Portal of Summoning, and increased Troll production in both Castles. In the second week, I earned some money and upgraded the Miner. I didn't rebuild the Castles at all. In one, I placed Medusas, but I didn't even buy them! On day 132, Shakti (10-9-4-5, expert in attack and advanced defense, and the spellbook doesn't have a single spell that would help in capturing Utopia, so I practically didn't use the spellbook) breaks Utopia in 3 turns. The army consisted of 14 Harpies, 9 Air Elementals (non-native, but I could have replaced them with Harpies; I just didn't want to replay), 57 Eyes, and 533 Trolls :D (not every Necropolis player can boast such a number of skeletons). 21 Eyes and 495 Trolls survived. If there had been a Blessing or Stone Skin with a shield, the losses would have been less. I'm afraid to imagine what would have happened if I had had canned goods. I've attached the save files, but please don't criticize me too much, as I was playing casually.
