* If a user's message consists of more than 30% of spam, the moderator deletes the message with the note 'Spam'.
* If a user's message consists of more than 30% of off-topic content, the moderator deletes the message with the note 'Off-topic'.
* If two, three, or more short messages are left in a row and they do not violate the rules of the portal, they should be merged with the note 'Two, three (or more) posts in a row'.
* If duplicate topics are found on the forum, and there is an ongoing discussion of the topic in both topics, they should be merged.
* If a duplicate topic is found in which there has not yet been a discussion, it should be deleted with the note 'Duplicate topic [link to the original topic]'.
* If a topic is found with a title that does not reflect the essence of the topic (For example: "Help...", "Need help", "I have a question", "Pliz help!!!!" and similar), it should be renamed based on the question raised in the first message of that topic.
