Okay. Let's assume that other heroes are more promising. We take Kifra, level her up to level 3, and give her diplomacy. We consider the 2nd hero as the main one. By the beginning of the 3rd week, there will be at least 1 unit on the map against which the probability of winning is very low. We give all the troops to Kifra, and the neutrals will most likely join her.
Is it really that likely? Let's take an example. Let's take a typical small squad of neutrals, with an "evil" alignment, but not from the Dungeon faction. We have a significantly superior army. Let's estimate the chance of them joining us. 5% initially + 10% diplomacy + 5% alignment. That's a total of 20%. Is it worth it? I don't think so, because we agreed that the neutral squad would be small. It's better to level up the main hero, and let Kifra-support clean up the mills and collect unclaimed resources for us.
