Humor section.

Hmm... why? The fun is in "what the Heroes fans like," and the "Off-Topic" section is full of all sorts of nasty trolls and other trash. =)
Both sections are active, but they aren't completely full, and besides, we've always managed with just one topic for jokes. So I don't see the point in splitting things up and creating a new subforum.
