In general, yes, it would be possible to write a program where everything is calculated, displayed, and counted, but someone needs to work on it. We welcome anyone who wants to contribute; there will be enough "cookies" for everyone. I wouldn't refuse any good ideas, of course, with assistance, otherwise, they will lose their meaning.

Here, it will most likely be a script in PHP (since the forum itself is written in PHP).
I'll jump ahead a bit and tell you what will happen next and what we can expect in terms of implementing the ideas.
1. First, we need to get the Creator's consent to create the appropriate database table structure on the hosting server (where the information will be stored)... of course, we will provide him with the structure.
2. Since this (script) will be written in PHP, the question of security immediately arises, because before using the script, all vulnerabilities must be found in it, i.e., it must be made resistant to SQL and PHP injections... because through them, you can gain access to the database, and from there, it's not far to the hosting server itself...
Given all of the above, it is unlikely that the Creator will give the go-ahead to implement the ideas for automating the maintenance of an online ranking.
