It's hard to estimate. Yesterday, I played for about 7 hours, and for 3 previous days, I played in short bursts at different times of the day. I'd say about 20 hours in total. I definitely wouldn't have managed to finish it in one day because of the lack of cheats and the need to gather resources. Also, I didn't notice one nuance right away, and I was working on it for 10 days, then I had to redo it.
