It turned into a long game focused on leveling up heroes. For the first two weeks, I couldn't do anything useful; Valka and Kiryukha just ran around blindly trying to grab whatever was available. On the plus side, Kiryukha got their native secondary with an elf external dwelling. In the third week, Kir found a green treasure zone with a Dragon Utopia and several hives. Everything fell into place.

Towards the end of the game, Kir leveled up to 29.46.20.22(440) and was taking the Dragon Utopia using only elves and archers; defense 46, Tazik is no match :)

In the finale, even a powerful rain didn't help Shakhter (thanks to horses from Rampart+expert resistance)
