Hello everyone! First of all, congratulations to the winners: VBN, DmitriyAS, and invisible!:smile20: A score of 2 days and 187,121,86 crystals is impressive, especially for the first two. The results were largely as predicted; the top two were as I expected, but I thought Eldgernon would be third. Invisible surprised me (online play is a good teacher:smile19:)! A huge thank you to Kasten for the map! Unfortunately, I didn't have much time to consider several options:smile05:. I only considered one: Day 1: I opened the treasure room, the medusa lair, and the fortune teller's hut (Jel). I didn't go into the water, and I didn't open the canned goods. Day 2: I opened the demon pit, killed 1 devil, took 22 ogres, captured the blue castle, killed 2 devils, and took 99 mercury. I sold the rest of my army and killed the titans with Yanov (level 3, no magic, 1 sorcerer, 2 silver pegasus, 3 centaurs, 25 snipers). After the battle, I had 11 snipers left, and I used them to open the cyclops lair. That's basically it for the 2 days, 42 crystals. I understood that the path of collecting crystals wasn't the best, so I didn't expect to place higher than 5th, but as expected, I still made it into the top 10.
