Which is stronger, Death Harbingers/Banshees or Death Knights?

I usually level up spellcasting for all magical races so that the hero can move more often. I also usually level up dark magic and summoning for Necropolis. But no amount of leveling up can guarantee a 100% victory in a game against an equal opponent.
