Central respawn point, with a conserve and a goblin stash, plus a lot of resource mills. He broke through the nomads to the grassland. There's a bit of money there. On turn 117, he takes a secondary Rampart, builds elves there, takes their stash, then the maximum Crypt, which allows him to place bears in the Fortress. He plans to take the Hive, which is located not far behind the mummy horde, but Andrey surrenders.
