We could have held a vote for or against the new database system.

I don't understand – did no one read the Creator's post? He wrote that the system was changed precisely because the old system was overloading the forum's database (remember when the forum was down for nnn days)...
I don't like the current system myself – the pop-up window is just not suitable... but what can you do... at least there won't be any glitches (I hope)...
