I read about the cities, and I liked Cove and Rampart; the Cathedral is just okay. I have a question: there's a division of units into different branches, but will it be possible to choose only one or both?

What's with the health regeneration of the Enforcers in the Cathedral? If it's not a very powerful ability, then they seem unconvincing in terms of stats for a level 7 unit.
