The 3rd stage of the annual John Van Caneghem Tournament (2008).
Fireball said that the Warlord Tournament was important for the portal and so on, but when it came to the actual stage, he said he didn't like the map.
He did talk about the importance of the Warlord Tournament for Heroes & Might & Magic, but I NEVER promised to play all the stages because I play for fun, not to maintain a higher number of participants. I played 12 out of 13 stages that have passed, and you played 1. And it's not up to you to accuse me of ignoring the Warlord Tournament. Also, if I signed up for a tournament, I always submitted the final result.
I didn't like the Battleground map. Maybe we should create maps with two castles and a fast route?
Maybe you should look at the number of participants and think about why some people don't mind playing in the second game, but are "too lazy" to play in the third. And maybe I'm not the only one who thinks that the map isn't suitable for a timed tournament? Just for fun, scroll through the history of the official tournaments and see how many times I criticized the map. In none of the remaining 13 cases.
Personally, I'm convinced that on our portal, people only know how to use words!!! Everyone has time problems. If someone can't play because they don't have time, that's not a problem. We're all human. Just don't beat your chest and shout: "I, yes, I, I can do everything!!!"
God willing, one day we'll meet in a tournament with a map that I'll want and have time to play. Then I'll answer.
