Artifacts in Heroes III.

I honestly don't understand how anyone can doubt that Angel Wings are the best! Here's the situation: a Dungeon campaign with devils, the final mission, and my super mage near Steadwick (he's already conquered all the super cool garrisons with Angel Wings with ease!). A powerful hero with an army three times larger than mine is holed up in the castle, and he doesn't want to come out. So, with the help of Angel Wings, I snatch the book of air magic right under the noses of 20 archangels and spend the night there. The enemy sees that I've gone far and won't reach the castle in one turn, and... he comes out of the castle:rolleyes:. The next turn: I realize that I won't reach it in one turn (even with Angel Wings), and I randomly decide to open the book of magic and... DISCOVER DIMENSION DOOR there!:D (I had completely forgotten about the book of air). The rest is just a matter of technique: we teleport closer and, with the help of Angel Wings, capture the castle! (by defeating the small guard left behind). Campaign completed!
