What is more important: luck or fighting spirit?

Well, for Warlords, luck is definitely better (after all, +2 attack and +2 defense is quite good), but for regular Heroes of Might and Magic, luck is still better because morale can be partially compensated by splitting up units, while luck is irreplaceable with a small army!
