Where can I download Heroes WOG 3.5, 3.x?

I have the "anthology" edition of Heroes (please tell me, is it a licensed or pirated copy? I bought it for 150 rubles, screenshot attached). How can I launch "In the Wake of Gods" on it? I downloaded it, but during installation, it says: file such-and-such is corrupted (and lists all or almost all the files in the archive). As a result, a non-working "In the Wake of Gods Options" button is added to the game, and some images are changed. Mods, if you are reading this, please answer!
