Actually, we've reached a dead end. So, it's clear that a Necromancer needs both Summoning and Darkness. So, what's the point of this argument?

Necromancers are never advised to invest in Chaos. In battle, they are helpless without Chaos. If the army isn't strong enough, Chaos can really save the day.
