Which creatures from the alternative upgrade options do you choose?

In my opinion, the Orcs have two strong units: Cyclops and Chieftains, and they work great together.

What about Executioners? They have higher attack power than Chieftains. However, Chieftains form an excellent combination with free Cyclops.
