I'd like to share my opinion about the refereeing of the "highly respected" Shchina in the match between CS and Lokomotiv. This, in my opinion, is a clear example of refereeing when a club from the capital hosts a club from the provinces. The first goal scored by Sukhina in the 82nd minute of the match was scored with a clear violation; it was dangerous play, and it happened right in the penalty area.
There was dangerous play, I agree. And the fact that it was the first goal certainly makes the issue more important – it "changed the course" of the game, so to speak. But why immediately turn everything into a "province vs. capital" issue? Aren't there enough refereeing blunders in derbies? If a referee makes a serious mistake, it "means someone wanted it to happen"... And the question, of course, is not about Moscow snobbery; the question is much more significant.
