Thanks to the respected vbn for his proposed rating calculation system, I have decided how the ABSOLUTE LEADER of the tournament will be determined.
Here, I will suggest a similar formula for calculating:
R = (R_1 + R_2 + ... + R_i) / i * K_i,
where i is the number of games in which the player participated;
K_i = {0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0} or {0.55, 0.70, 0.85, 1.00} - a bonus-reduction coefficient (the more games, the fewer points are reduced)
K_i = {0.250, 0.375, 0.500, 0.625, 0.750, 0.875, 1.000}
