Why are you so fixated on Cthulhu? I knew him, even before his slumber (when the great Necros was still alive in people's memories). He was just an ordinary octopus the size of a boat, but with an extraordinary sense of self-importance. He can only "brainwash" in a figurative sense, namely by constantly whining that no one worships him or acknowledges his greatness (he's a talking octopus, after all, not some random creature). And yet, they've portrayed him as such a monster that I almost died laughing; only my immortality saved me.
All Cthulhu fans should be given a good kick in the pants; in severe cases, an experienced succubus should be assigned to them, so they have something to do. Although, it's a pity to waste such valuable assets as succubi on them (to be honest, even a vampire after 500 years of practice can rarely compare to them; the only alternative is elven women of noble blood; their innocence and purity are so alluring, but that's a matter of taste).
