After receiving the quest, dragons appear on a small island nearby, guarding the Trident of the Titans, which is what you need to obtain. And the Knight, further on the same island, gives a quest to capture the Sword of Balance, which is guarded by vampires – they appear nearby after the quest is given:smile14:
