Yes, even if we take the second option: 850, 850, 1000, 910 = 864.375
In the first two stages, the first player is much stronger, the third stage is even, and in the fourth, both messed up, but the second one did slightly better. And he's the winner???

Yeah, this isn't good, it's clearly unfair. I simply can't allow this, I wouldn't be able to sleep after that.
We need to fix this urgently.

P.S. Just answer this one question: in your opinion, who deserves the title of LEADER of the first stage? If Dirty_Player won 2 out of 4 tournaments, and Perpolken and vbn only won one each, even though Perpolken (if you take the sum, he would have a higher score)... I think I've shown with this example that a sum is EVIL.
