I would like to ask if the "Lucky Sorcerer" skill applies to destructive spells charged into an arrow or a ballista?

I haven't checked, but in principle, it should, since the spell is cast according to the usual rules. So, you can go for a Sorcerer build if you want to rely entirely on magic. Although, it might not appear as an option.
