What is more important: luck or fighting spirit?

Let's imagine a situation. The hero has one skill slot left, and you are offered to choose between Leadership or Luck. What would you choose?

Of course, Leadership. It allows you to deal the same double damage as Luck, but with the difference that you decide which of the enemy units will receive the second helping of punishment. :)
