Is it really that hard to register?

Sometimes there are glitches. I haven't received the activation code from the Portal yet, even though it says every time that the data has been successfully sent. I'm starting to think that maybe I should have used an email address with "www." in it. But I'm now in the list of participants, which means I've met the tournament requirements.
