ABSOLUTE LEADER – who is he???

Good day to all participants, both current and future, of the "Race for the Leader" tournament. Not much time remains until the end of mini-tournament 1-4, and therefore, the first stage of the "Race for the Leader" tournament. In this regard, we need to determine the following: WHO is the ABSOLUTE LEADER? Therefore, I propose that we have a discussion on this topic in this thread. I have a couple of ideas on how to determine the Absolute Leader, but I would like to hear your suggestions; perhaps they will be more successful than mine. I will not express my suggestions yet. But I will state one argument, which, for quite understandable reasons (which do not require explanation), can be taken as an axiom: ONLY one of the LEADERS of any stage of the "Race for the Leader" tournament can become the ABSOLUTE LEADER. When discussing, please also consider the fact that let's not infringe on the rights of both newcomers and already experienced participants of the tournament.
