[HMM II OFF TOURNAMENT] "Witch Hunt-2008"

Dear Qwerty, please add me to the list of tournament participants. I have a question right away:

It is allowed to move a hero who was ransomed/escaped during a battle on the day he escaped/was ransomed. Such a hero can be ransomed on the day of his escape/ransom;

i.e., is it forbidden to move such a hero, but is it allowed to click with another hero and take the army and artifacts, as well as transfer part of the troops to the castle itself for disbanding?
