I just checked – indeed, I was mistaken; they are Wizards of level 6. In general, all neutral creatures are quite clearly divided by levels (for example, a mummy is level 3, and a troll is level 5), and you can find out this level experimentally, for example, by casting spells that depend on the level of the creatures.
